Applications for the 18-month GSSM Training Course open on January 1 and close on September 1.

Applications received between January 1 and September 1 will be reviewed and considered for the term beginning October 1. Those who submit their applications after September 1 will be asked to re-submit their application after January 1 to be considered for the next term.

There are 2 versions of the Application and the Letter of Intent available below

For the Print Version just print out a copy, fill out all questions, and mail it back to GSSM. You may also scan it once it is filled out, save it to your computer and return it as an attachment to GSSM using your e-mail. Your name should appear on each page.

For the Electronic Version, click the electronic version below. When you open the file SAVE AS (add your first and last name to the file name), fill it out, save it again and then, using your e-mail, attach that saved version and send it back to GSSM using your email.
